The problem

You do good work. And you're hiding it.

New freelancers don't arrive through a recommendation from a relative anymore. They search for "advisor near me", request three quotes by email and pick the one that looks most trustworthy online. That can be you.

What's holding you back

Your website doesn't reflect how well you actually work

  • 1Your site was built in 2014 and isn't responsive
  • 2You don't show up for searches like "tax advisor + your town"
  • 3Clients send invoices via WhatsApp, email, paper… chaos
  • 4You waste hours manually reminding people about quarterly deadlines
  • 5A new client judges you in 3 seconds based on your site
What we set up

Orderly client capture and clients who send things in on their own

  • Modern site with your services explained clearly (freelancers, SMEs, payroll, immigration)
  • Local SEO for "advisor + your area" and variants
  • Client portal with encrypted document uploads, organised by folder
  • Automatic reminders for income tax, VAT, Form 303, etc.
  • Forms that filter by client type from the very first contact
What's included

For the advisor that wants to grow in an orderly way.

No reinventing the wheel. A site that reflects your work + processes that take the chaos out + client capture that doesn't depend on luck.

Questions

What advisors usually ask us.

Does it integrate with A3, Sage, Contasol…?
Not directly — no advisory firm wants to expose its accounting software to the open internet. What we do: the client portal stores documents in folders organised by client and period, and you download a monthly ZIP or sync with a Dropbox/OneDrive you already use.
Are the documents in the portal secure (GDPR)?
Yes. Encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest (AES-256). Servers in the EU (Hetzner / OVH Spain). A signed data processor agreement with you. Access logs. A GDPR policy tailored to advisory firms is included.
The automatic reminders — do I manage them or do you?
We set them up using the Spanish tax calendar (quarterly, annual) and you switch them on per client. If a client has a special calendar (Canary IGIC, a particular form), we adapt it. The message text you edit yourself in the platform — no need to ask us.
There are three of us in the firm. Does it still make sense?
Absolutely. Separate profiles on the website, each with their specialism. Independent access to the client portal. Perfect so each advisor only sees their own clients, or to route new leads automatically by type.
