What's the minimum I need to spend on ads?
Realistic minimum €300/mo on ad spend (what you pay direct to Google/Meta, separate from our fee). Below that, the algorithm doesn't have enough data to optimise and results are random. Sweet spot for local Costa Tropical businesses: €500-€1,500/mo. If you can only invest €100, we recommend waiting — better to save and start properly.
Google or Meta? Which suits me?
Depends. Google works when your customer actively searches for what you sell ("physio Almuñécar", "divorce solicitor Granada", "emergency plumber"). Meta (Instagram/Facebook) works when your product needs to spark interest ("yoga retreat", "new aesthetic treatment", "tasting menu"). On the first call we tell you straight. Sometimes the answer is "neither yet — fix your website first".
Who owns the ad account?
You. Always. We create the accounts in your name with your card — we come in as invited manager. If one day you decide to stop or switch provider, you keep all campaigns, historical data and configuration. This isn't standard in the industry — many agencies use their own account, and when you stop paying them, you're left with nothing.
How long until I see results?
First calls/leads usually arrive in week 2-3. The first month the algorithm learns — cost per lead is usually high. From month 2 it drops 50-70% if campaigns are well optimised. That's why we recommend mentally committing to 3 months minimum to really evaluate. No formal lock-in — but 1 month proves nothing.
What if I want to stop?
Cancel any time, no lock-in. Pause the campaigns in 2 minutes and stop paying us. The only thing we ask: if you stop before month 2, let's review why — often the problem isn't the ads but the website, the product or the price. And we say that upfront so you don't burn money for no reason.
