What people usually ask us.

I'm already on Booking. Do I have to leave?
No. They can coexist — Booking brings you new customers, your own system converts the regulars and the ones arriving via Google. What you'll see in 6 months: most of your customers come back directly and you depend less on Booking. When you're ready, you leave it or scale back to a minimum profile.
Which payment gateway do you use?
Stripe by default — reliable, 1.4% + €0.25 per transaction, money in your bank in 2–3 days. PayPal or Bizum can also be integrated if you prefer. The commission goes to Stripe — we don't charge per transaction.
What if a customer cancels without warning?
You define the cancellation policy: free up to 24h before, 50% if cancelled between 24h–2h, 100% if no-show. The system applies it automatically. For services without online payment we set up a "three strikes" system — at the third no-show, that phone number is blocked.
Does it work on mobile?
Yes. 78% of bookings happen on mobile — the system is mobile-first by design. The customer books in 30 seconds: pick service, day, time, leave details. You manage it from mobile too with your own dashboard.
Is my data safe / GDPR?
Yes. Data stored on European servers, encrypted, GDPR-compliant. Customers accept the policy when they book (we generate it tailored to your sector). You're the data controller — we're just the processor, with a data-processing agreement included.
