What people usually ask us.

Do I lose my personal number?
No. Your personal number stays personal, in your normal WhatsApp app. We activate a new number dedicated to the business (or your landline, if you want) in the WhatsApp Business app — they're separate apps that live side by side on the same phone.
Can I have several staff replying?
Yes. WhatsApp Business allows up to 4 linked devices — main phone + tablet + computer + another phone. For higher volume (5+ agents, CRM integration), there's the WhatsApp Business API — paid, and we build it as a custom project.
Is the verified account (green tick) guaranteed?
No, Meta decides. We do guarantee submitting the request with everything they ask for (complete profile, address, website, consistent online presence). For small businesses the green tick isn't always granted — but the account works the same without it.
What about the WhatsApp Business API?
The API is for businesses with high volume (1000+ messages/month), multiple agents and the need to integrate with a CRM or advanced automation. Cost: from €0.03 per message + setup. If you need it, we build it as a separate project — but 90% of local businesses don't need it.
Do I have to pay WhatsApp/Meta?
The WhatsApp Business app is free. Only if you move to the enterprise API is there a per-message charge. For 95% of local businesses (salons, restaurants, clinics, advisors), the free app is more than enough.
